A LETTER TO CLIENTS
DEAR CLIENT/POTENTIAL CLIENT:

Thank you for visiting our website and for considering us for your legal representation.  We are dedicated to the practice of law
and we will take great care in handling your case.  If you decide you would like to retain our services, please contact us to schedule
an initial appointment.  If you live out of state, we are happy to set up a telephone appointment.  We will need you to bring (or e-mail)
case-specific information with you to your appointment, and our Legal Assistant will provide the instructions.  We will also ask that
you fill out a client-information form, which assists our Attorneys in preparing necessary legal documents for your case.  After your
initial appointment and prior to any court hearings, you may have questions regarding your case.  Please feel free to contact our
Legal Assistants with your questions or concerns at any time by telephone or e-mail.

If your Attorney is attending a Trial, Deposition, Meeting, Mediation, or assisting another client, please relay any question you
might have to the Legal Assistant and she will consult with the Attorney and provide an answer to your question as soon as
possible.
Our Legal Assistants and the Attorneys coordinate their efforts for your legal representation.  Please advise the Legal
Assistant when you call whether your call is an emergency or is time sensitive.  During the work week, our Attorneys are in court
hearings almost every day and may not be able to contact you during regular business hours. Please let us know if there are any
times you cannot receive telephone calls.  If you have more than a brief question, please ask the Legal Assistant to schedule an
office conference or telephone appointment with your Attorney.  If you have any issues or concerns that you would like to address
with anyone of our team of Legal Assistants and Attorneys, please let us know.  It is our mission to help you with your child(ren)
and we look forward to helping you with your legal situation.

Sincerely,

The
